Where an account has entered an idle state, your account will be temporarily disabled. This is done automatically and unfortunately, we're unable to inform you. This typically happens due to no payments being taken within a certain timespan.
To reactivate your account, we require a valid form identification e.g. Passport or Driver's License for all business owners. Additionally, we will also need a business bank statement or utility bill issued within the last 3 months.
Once received, we'll be happy to share this with our team who can then look into reactivating your account.
