From time to time, you may need to issue a refund however, since we settle accounts daily, you may need to top up your Modulr account.
We recommend getting in touch with your account executive who will be able to provide you with your account information. Once you have deposited funds into your account, you will then be able to issue the refund via your Super Business Admin Portal. This all happens in real time, therefore there's no need to worry about any delays preventing you from resolving customer queries.
