Self-service QR codes don’t change. They’re normally a physical print out which customers scan and proceed to input the amount owed. This is useful as it involves no technology and allows customers to add an extra amount (like a tip) if they wish.
Customisable QR codes enable you to input the amount your customer owes and this is the value they will see and pay when they scan the code. Customisable codes are available via the Business Portal or the Super Business app. Both types of payment can be tracked in real-time via the Super Business app, SMS or Business Portal.
