Self-service QR codes don’t change. They’re normally a physical print out which customers scan and proceed to input the amount owed. This is useful as it involves no technology and allows customers to add an extra amount (like a tip) if they wish.
Customisable QR codes enable you to input the amount your customer owes and this is the value they will see and pay when they scan the code. Customisable codes are available via the Super business admin portal. Both types of payment can be tracked in real-time via the Super admin portal. You can also enable e-mail notifications via our admin portal under Settings > Notifications.
