Refunds will be processed instantly once the business you have shopped with completes the refund process.
Please note, for refunds processed for payments processed via card (not open banking) this can take between 5-10 days to return to card used at the time of payment. We recommend contacting your bank for more information.
If the refund is processed via open banking, these funds should appear in your account within two hours. However, we kindly ask you to allow 24 hours for the relevant amount to reflect on the card used at the time of payment.
